If You Own an Empty Plot or Site Read This
So… today, drainage concrete work is done in our area. Here is something my dad and I noticed.
Some empty plots are on the backside of our house. In those empty plots, a corner site is there. For that corner site, 2 side drainages will get. Front side and Left side.
Both front and left side drainage is done. The site owner is not here. It’s a completely empty site. On the left side of that corner site, there are two houses.
When the drainage-making team came, the two house owners staying on the left side of the corner site informed the JCB driver their electrical cable was there, so dig the little right side.
Both House owners paid ₹500+₹500 to the JCB driver.
Here is what happened to that corner site.
The JCB driver listened to the house owner’s requests and dug into the corner site plot for drainage. We can clearly see the bend from far in the corner site region.
Our rough estimate is 1 to 1 ½ feet of drainage entered the empty corner plot. I believe 40 feet is the width. Calculate how much the corner site owner lost!
Drainage work is already over. The owner is not there in the location. I believe he won’t be getting his 1 to 1 ½ feet that are used for drainage work.
This happens if you leave an empty plot in Bangalore or any location.
Having a compound or shed is why everyone recommends on an empty plot.
The shed is preferred if you can afford it.
